1. Rental is MYR300 per nite

2. A minimum of two nites stay is required

3. Rental Deposit of MYR300 required upon confirmation please bank into the following MBB A/C 562188128778

Once bank in please inform of bank in reference number, date, time and amount.

4. Upon arrival FULL PAYMENT for total number of nights stay is required.

5. No SINGLES.

6. Family & Married Couples only.

7. Strictly limited to 5 persons staying in the apartment

8. Light cooking only allowed

9. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBLETTING

10. We reserve the right not to accept your request for stay.
